Somerset West is approx. 50 km away of Cape Town (30 minutes by car) and is surrounded by many marvellous Golf Courses. From the airport it is a 20 minutes ride and 15 minutes to the historical Stellenbosch. The famous False Bay Beaches and the small Town Gordons Bay are only 10 minutes by car. From Somerset West you reach readily Cape Town with his many attractions and environment, as Stellenbosch, Hermanus and Franschhoek.
The Somerset West is in the heart of the Wine-Lands.

A stylish house for up to six people with pool and panoramic views over the Hottentot mountains and the ocean

The house has three bedrooms; the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, whereas the two remaining bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bath. The lounge and dining area are open plan with a separate kitchen. The large lounge leads directly onto the terrace which affords impressive views of Somerset West and False Bay and the swimming pool is part of the terrace. Amenities include satellite TV, telephone and internet connections as well as two safes and a double garage.
Although there is no specific prohibition for children, the house is not suited to small children, as the pool and terrace is not child safe. Children should therefore be at least 10 years old and be able to swim.
The house is suitable for 6 persons;
over-occupancy is not permitted.

smoking is not allowed in the house .
minimum Booking: 30 nights
Any costs for telephone, internet etc must be settled on the day of departure.
Cleaning Service: at least 1 x per week at R150 plus departure clean R900,
Down Payment 500 €
German TV channels can be provided for a fee of (at present) R700 per month,

The lounge/dining area opens to the terrace with beautiful views of False Bay and features a built-in barbecue
The air conditioned master bedroom, with double bed, dressing room, en-suite bath/shower & WC, is located on the first floor. The second and third double bedrooms share a bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash basin. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool area.
There is also a double garage and satellite TV.
